There went my pay! A parking ticket in NYC I received while having our last meal with our daughter & saying goodbye before she moved to Europe cost me only $75. The City of New York allowed me to tell my story by mail and then reduced the fine,but not here in Colleyville. So I am not motivated to fight City Hall nor shop in The Village...It's a form of taxation in my opinion.
