A high-heeled pump. An evening clutch. A well-cut blazer. And of course the little black dress.

All are timeless wardrobe pieces, the backbone of a well-dressed lady’s closet. So with a nod to the importance of certain classic pieces, the Greater Keller Women’s Club (www.gkwc.org) has entitled this year’s fashion show “Timeless.”

The luncheon event, co-chaired by Vickie Elms, is set for March 28 at The Speedway Club at Texas Motor Speedway. Spring fashions for women and men will be provided by Dillard’s with Terrace Retreat and Day Spa creating hairstyles and makeup design.

Ginger Allen of CBS 11 will serve as mistress of ceremonies, and Rick Stacy will act as auctioneer for the eighth year.

Club member Dorene Badalamenti is again directing the fashion show, which will include an array of community members as models. Clothes for men and women will be showcased, including many pieces considered “timeless” classics.

Tickets, costing $60, are available by contacting June Aurelio at 817-741-2578 or writing tickets@gkwc.org.
